Prior to coming to Riviera Nayarit, I sold real estate in the resort area of Summit County where Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain ski resorts are located. Because the number of homes owned as second homes and investments out weighs the number owned by permanent residents in Summit County– just like here in the Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit market – my experience in Colorado gives me a tremendous understanding of the needs that you have as second homeowners in a resort area here in Nayarit.
Prior to working in Real Estate, I held numerous positions in corporate America, primarily in IT Business analysis and Marketing Product Manager. After the technology crash in the year 2000 in the US, I decided to start my own business, and have since owned two companies that were certified as “Women Owned Businesses”.
